  First, this review is not a reflection of the management of this store or it's employees. I hope to share my disappointment with the current experience at many UPS Stores, including this one. I ship 5-10 overnight UPS packages per week. I've found this location to be swamped with Amazon and other returns which create a extended line that sometimes fills the store. I know that as a franchise, you are compelled to accept these packages, however I have a couple of suggestions to improve the customer experience for your UPS customers. 1. This location does not have a self-service kiosk for Amazon. Having one or two would reduce the line in your store. I been to stores that have them and it seems to help. 2. You might consider dedicating one of your POS stations for returns and others for UPS and other business. Returns seem to have taken over many of these stores. I don't know how much you make on returns, however it can't possibly be worth having paying business clients avoiding your location because of the lines. Again, no reflection on your staff, just friendly suggestions to consider. If you look at prior reviews, several of them mention the lines at this location. My experience is that the majority of the people in line are returning Amazon or other pre-paid items. I'm hopeful that you can work within your franchise with UPS to address this. As I see it, UPS has broken the business model, they need to fix it. Best of luck!

  The employees must all suffer from a disease where if you move or think more than half speed you explode. The young guy with the flat top is the only one who seems mentally present and fully trained

  Long lines out of the door year around. Crowded and hectic and no personal service. No friendly service. Step up pay your crap and get out. I hate going. MOST DREAED THING TO DO OF ERRANDS! Always put it off until the last second. No matter what day/ time you visit it’s a nightmare. This is the only place to return many on-line orders. We need a store in Colbert County and another in Florence.

  Nearly 25 minute wait time before even getting the chance to see talk to someone due to lines being so long & workers having no idea how to do their job
