This post office is less than a mile from my home, and I have now attempted to visit THREE separate times on three different days over the past two weeks, all during the posted operating hours of 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. I have arrived at approximately 8:30 a.m., 9:30 a.m., and today at 10:34 a.m. Not once has the office actually been open. I have been trying for over two weeks to simply drop something off. If this location is not actually staffed and open from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., then those should not be the hours posted online for customers to rely on. It is ridiculous to repeatedly drive to a location during its advertised business hours only to find it closed, especially when it means I then have to drive out of my way to another post office. Either staff the location during the posted hours or update the hours to accurately reflect when customers can actually receive service. People should not have to guess whether a post office will be open when they arrive during its advertised operating hours.
