I just moved to the area into a new apartment. Along with opening a new bank account since the bank I was initially banking with isn’t located here. In order to pay my rent, I need my new bank card which I was expecting to receive in the mail. Due to work, I haven’t had an opportunity to come into USPS to get a mail box key, but with that being said, I initially had a fantastic driver who would allow me into my mail box when she would be there so I could get my things. There has suddenly been a change in drivers, no problem. Today I introduced myself to that driver and politely let her know I just needed to retrieve my mail to which she responded, with disgusting attitude, “Do you have an ID?” ….. I have never needed an ID to get into my mailbox. Mind you, who is walking up to their mailbox with their ID in hand? So I responded, confused, “ID?” To which she said, “or key?”… I told her I just needed to get my mail since she had it open and IN THE MIDDLE OF EXPLAINING WHY I DID NOT HAVE A KEY, she SLAMMED the door shut and condescendingly smiled at me and said, “Noooo you have to live here and have a key.” I might literally be evicted because I can’t get into my mailbox and she was so rude I was honestly shocked. As I walked away (asking myself if I looked like a thief or wondering if that was even a rule or not since the initial mail lady was super kind and let me grab my mail) I noticed the entire bed of the mail truck was open with people’s mail WHILE ITS RAINING. So that was the cherry on top to my morning. 6225 Walden dr Kinsey al… whoever is driving that route, you’re disgusting attitude was so unprofessional and unnecessary to my already dire situation. And after reading so many of these reviews about such a fundamental establishment that is so NECESSARY, I literally can’t wait to leave Dothan AL. I’m so sorry to all the people who continue to have poor experiences here. And if you are considering to move here, DON’T. These people have no home training or customer service skills. I’m officially dreading coming in for a key. Thanks for nothing and I truly hope you have the day you deserve.

I went to buy postage stamps. There was one guy ahead of me but apparently He had a lot certified letters that needed to be taken care of. The female didn't acknowledge that I existed because she didn't speak or said " I will be with you soon " . She continued with helping the first guy. A few minutes later, there were several people in line ( at least 8) but she still didn't say anything or see if she could get someone to help because the line had gotten much longer. No " I'm sorry or I will help you all soon or called for someone in the office to help. There was someone else besides her because I heard someone in the office typing. Customer Service need some improvement. Honestly, I haven't been to a portal office in years because of poor service.

Got there and was the first in line. Guy before me had like 50 packages. 35 minutes later with 15 people behind me in line and 4 that already walked out, they're still working on the one guy with 50 packages LOL! Not Shane's fault. But how does management not call an audible and step in and help I don't get it? Call somebody else up temporarily and get caught up! If you don't have enough people hire more people!

The ONE teller was fantastic but they need more than one and bathroom would be nice since we have to stand in line for so long.
