  You do not recieve your UPS deliveries. It’s ridiculous that I’ve now had three UPS deliveries fail to reach me, and every time, the response is the same: “Contact the sender to file a claim.” One missing delivery? Mistakes happen. Three? That’s a pattern that deserves an investigation. Yet calling corporate gets me nowhere. Where is the accountability? Where is the root cause analysis to figure out why this keeps happening and prevent it from happening again? Customers are left chasing refunds, arranging replacements, and wasting time trying to get things they already paid for. Filing a claim may address an individual loss, but it does nothing to fix a recurring delivery problem. A corporation the size of UPS should be expected to investigate its failures and correct them instead of repeatedly making customers deal with the fallout.

  Called to see how much to ship a wristband that fits in an envelope and was told it would be over $100, but usps said $35 for the exact same thing. That huge of a difference really makes it seem like they're just money hungry.

  The man that helped me was incredibly rude. I’ve never done an Amazon return before and he scanned the same code 3 different times but blamed me for it… he was raising his voice and being incredibly verbally rude to me and another employee stepped over and watched about half of it go down. Her name was Laura, she was kind and helped streamline the process, but that dude needs some extra training or just to generally not deal with human beings if that’s how he felt about me asking for help. Thanks Laura 🤪👍🏼

  I was greeted at the door with a hello and a smile and the two representative that was working this morning were very awesome nice and professional. They help me out a lot with my next day package that I had to spend $365 on lol but it was worth it

  The employees at UPS are extremely friendly and professional, they always offer other options and products I often need such as, stamps, P.O. Boxes and notary services. My local UPS know me and feels like an extension of my business.
