  This wasn’t our first bad experience with your company. Levert was the delivery driver for our 5 packages today and we did receive texts of approximate time of delivery. However, the driver didn’t ring doorbell to alert us of his arrival. My wife saw the truck by accident close to our by then closed garage door, opened the garage door and met him there. Levert had already put 2 of the 5 big and heavy packages in front of the garage door and apparently intended to just leave them right there. My wife asked him if he could help her by simply moving the boxes inside of the garage.Levert flat out denied the favor, he also wouldn’t give his name or his supervisors name. He literally fled into his truck, backed out of our driveway and left as quick as possible. I do consider his level of customer service severely lacking and highly unprofessional.   Standing in this location now. The African American girl here is no help at all. No personality at all. I only need to print 3 copies and it’s taking 20 min due to her inability to communicate properly on what needs to be done. Teddy has had to step in and assist. Thanks again for helping Teddy!!!

  Absolutely third class customer service when I called to let them know one of their drivers was driving like a maniac on Main Street and almost crashed into me. Said how are drivers act on the road is not our responsibility

  I’ll start with a positive. One male employee was an extremely helpful employee dealing with an issue. Negative: a female employee had horrific customer service - she had an attitude calling about the status of a print order and an extreme, eye-rolling negative reaction when I asked if I could have the key to the bathroom. The irony of her negative reaction to the phone call when she acted like the product would obviously be available at the time given online is that it never came in, and the male employee had to creatively figure out a solution. So I was right to call and ask the simple question about the status of the order when she made it seem ridiculous that I called. I’m a consistent customer of FedEx print locations, and this one has the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced at FedEx which is typically a well-run company.

  In the middle of a Saturday when most people are off after working all week, this FedEx location is closed for lunch for 1 whole hour. A person finally makes it there and they are closed! I wonder if the franchise owner knows what in the lazy workers is happening at this location. Pissed off!
