- VHVicki Howell1 day ago1.0Terrible experience. I needed to mail a package. There was a person having many copies made. There were 4 more of us waiting at the counter. There were two Staples employees talking to each other and neither offered to help. After waiting several minutes a lady asked one of them to come help us. A woman named Reagan came to help us Her attitude was terrible and said it was not her job to wait on us. She kept complaining to us customers that it wasn't her job to help us. Horrible attitude
- JRJudy RiversSep 26, 20265.0Had to return an Amazon order. My option for free return was to use Staples because the others cost a small free. Their Amazon return service is on Beltline in Decatur, AL and the service is located to the right of the front door. The young lady behind the counter is extremely patient and knowledgeable about the return process. I was in and out within 10 minutes. Highly recommend this store.
- FMFish ManSep 3, 20265.0So convenient. I had a return to take to staples from Amazon. They have it set up at staples so I walk in. No box, just original packaging. Show them a barcode and walk away. I looked the next day and it had been shipped.

- RMRhonda MarcumAug 16, 20265.0I can’t praise Kristen enough! She was so patient and helpful to me! She helped me with printing my images from my phone. She also was able to create my badge with photo front and back and laminate them! I think she needs a raise! It means a lot to people like me who are not computer savvy to have someone who was so kind and helpful! Thank you Kristen⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
