Update: I’m now including the photo of what was to be but had never been delivered. Had you taken but a minute to allow me to speak or complete a sentence, I may have been able to get what I believed the carrier or whomever, decided this wasn’t my mail to actually deliver it. Now, I must wait to see if it gets returned to the sender (I’ll guess that doesn’t happen, either, sir) and in either case, must request it be resent — only to likely experience the same. Except that now I’ll have to cancel my card, both my daughter and myself will be issued new cards, and anything or anywhere I’ve got this card selected as a payment option, will too need to be updated. ***** I get informed delivery meaning I get a Gmail notice with photos of mail I’m going to receive. Yesterday four of the five pieces of mail arrived but for a credit card addressed to my daughter at my address. Because I knew it to be a credit card but also understanding the delivery personnel may have believed it not to be mine — and may have intended to return it — I called the post office this morning. I get it — it may have been a judgment call. I called the post office and the gentleman who answered the phone (not the kind, friendly middle-aged man I’ve dealt with at the counter) was immediately rude. He began by telling me he couldn’t hear me. I spoke up but he next wouldn’t even allow me to finish anything I’d attempted to explain, telling me, “Ma’am, that notice doesn’t mean you won’t get it. Ma’am, the post office is required to deliver all mail addressed…” And here we are, days later and the envelope was never delivered. Therefore, Sir, you were wrong. The post office, while as you proclaimed “must deliver all mail to that which mail has been addressed,” did not land in my mailbox. There’s never a reason to be short or rude. There’s never a reason to cut people off mid-sentence, and there should never be a reason anyone continues to stay employed at an agency that is customer facing, if you dislike the idea you might actually have to engage with one. Do better. Be better.

Generally unhelpful in every way so just don't go in looking for help or asking a question...
