  They never pickup their phones its impossible to get a passport appointment scheduled ive been calling and calling for days. When I do get through its sent me to robertsdale office or random call centers etc never the actual place you want which is the daphne location 🫩🫩🫩

  This post office needs serious oversight. For over a year, I've repeatedly dealt with packages being marked as "Delivered" when they were not actually delivered. I've lost count of how many times I've had to call or drive to the post office because of this ongoing issue. When it first started happening, I stopped contacting the companies I ordered from and began going directly to the post office because it was occurring so frequently. This now happens so often that they deserve a thorough investigation. One incident especially raised concerns. I went to the post office after a package had been marked as delivered even though it wasn't in my mailbox. I requested that a supervisor investigate and contact me. After leaving the post office and running an errand, I arrived home to find the package sitting in my mailbox, nearly 24 hours after it had supposedly been delivered and only after I requested a supervisor trace it. Draw your own conclusions. Now it's happening again. My 16-year-old son's $350 school shoes were marked as delivered to a parcel locker, but there was no parcel locker key in my mailbox. Instead of simply picking up a package from my mailbox, I now have to leave work to go back to the post office yet again. My son was devastated because he had been waiting a long time for those shoes, only to be told they had been delivered when they weren't! Everyone makes mistakes, but this has become a recurring pattern, not an isolated incident. Customers should be able to trust delivery scans, especially for expensive purchases. I will be filing formal complaints through the appropriate channels, including the U.S. Postal Inspection Service and USPS Consumer Affairs, because I believe this ongoing pattern deserves review. It naturally raises questions about what is happening to these packages. Why are some packages being marked as delivered when customers don't actually receive them? Is this simply a breakdown in the delivery process, or is there a larger issue that needs to be investigated? As a customer, it's difficult not to speculate. When a package is scanned as delivered, many people will contact the retailer for a refund or replacement rather than pursue the issue with USPS. That process can leave the original package unaccounted for, which is why I believe these recurring incidents deserve a thorough review. I'm not accusing anyone of wrongdoing. I'm simply expressing concern that the frequency of these delivery discrepancies warrants an investigation so customers can have confidence that their mail is being handled properly. One final note: every interaction I've had with the employee named Markus has felt unnecessarily performative and insincere. Professional, genuine customer service would go much further. He's sooo cringy and the voice he uses is so unauthentic. I get second hand embarrassment from watching him interact with others.
