  Website is so convoluted and doesn’t work. Then you call in stores tell them you just want to reorder the same thing you’ve already ordered and scanned in and if they can help you bc the website isn’t working or propagating the proper outcome when you try to reorder the exact same thing you have already gone and physically given them to print there, so they had to keep the original art until they could get around to do that. (That when it was finished and had been done and just laying randomly on their counter with a real piece of art with absolutely no care or customer service- with the prints having been done for almost a day and their tech dependent workers never call or propagate and email to let you the customer know so you had to go keep asking in person. Bc they not only have the poster prints- but the actual artwork that had tons of value to you the customer in their possession without care or concern… so you had to go check in person, make the drive in this economy and keep checking just to find your art and the finished prints just laying there surrounded by people who could care less and just want to say whatever they need to to not have to actually help or interact with you or customers in general and push them all off on the useless website or AI bot assistance…) Then when you try to reorder bc you already went to the trouble of getting the art physically scanned there, and went with them to begin with bc they assured you they would A. Email you a copy of the scanned art so you wouldn’t have to do that again. Like all their email alerts and website things- that never happened. And B. That they would keep the scan on file so you’d just have to reorder the same order next time. Which was also false advertising and a bold face lie that never happened. If you are trying to make prints of art do not go to this store. I keep trying to work with them and give them chances and they don’t want to help and their staples corporate bureaucracy is incompatible with the real world anymore and it’s up to the customer to figure out and abide by. Absolutely no customer service or care.

  I’ve had multiple bad experiences at this location. Whoever the older man is who regularly works the register, Staples seriously needs to reevaluate whether he should be in a customer facing position. Every time I’ve dealt with him, he has been in a poor mood, comes across as irritated, seems completely unwilling to help, and has made snark remarks to me in the past. On my most recent visit, I was unable to find several of the items I came in for. Not once did an employee ask if I needed assistance, and when I checked out, no one even asked if I found everything I was looking for. This was supposed to be a $1,500 purchase for everything I needed. Instead, I spent a small fraction of that amount on the few items I was able to find myself. Now I’m wasting additional time driving to Office Depot to finish getting the items I needed. Customer service should not be this difficult, especially when someone is prepared to spend that kind of money. I will not be returning to this location

  Don’t go here if you want to fax something. They charged $30 to fax a 12-page document to a Tuscaloosa phone.

  Eric I s great. The man standing at the register WALKED OFF JUST AS I grabbed hand c sanitizer and set on counter..twice said good morning, no response..geezzzzz..he needs another job,always unfriendly and no greeting,this time he walked off,went into back, so I left and didn't buy anything,HOW RUDE HE ALWAYS IS, this us a drop-off for Amazon..Eric is always friendly and efficient, but that other old man, LACKING IN EVERYDAY MANNERS,just walked off, so did I and left my purchase for him to put up

  Went in to buy a computer for my granddaughter and could not get anyone to assist us. I asked an older gentleman for assistance and he told me it would be a while and he kept walking away from us!
