When I recently called the store in a panic, Gene not only helped calm my nerves but also talked me through exactly what each page of my project would need. He turned something I had been working on for quite some time into a beautiful reality—and made it even better than I had imagined! Gene truly saved this special gift I had created for our kiddos. We were leaving town at 5 a.m. the next morning, and with the time crunch, I wasn’t sure it was even going to happen. He recommended page options that saved me money, helped me upload the large files, and even added the extra finishing touches I wanted. Best of all, he had this huge project—two copies, might I add!—spiral-bound and ready before the end of the day! Mind-blowing, to say the least! Everything I found online said a project like this could take days—but not at PostNet in Chelsea, because they are superheroes! Thank you, Gene! Thank you, PostNet in Chelsea!!
