Normally there is only one person working and when it's super busy, they handle it with grace and professionalism. Just came in on a Saturday, 15 minutes before close, one person working and the system froze, she had to restart. It delayed everyone and she was great. Kept it friendly, kept it going, and smooth sailing once it was up and running. Even when people are rude to the staff (for things outside their control) they handle it with patience.

- KGKaylee GraceJul 20, 20211.0The lady who helped me was very rude, and she was rude to the person who went before me too. I had to package the flat rate shipping box myself and the tape dispenser was old and hard to use. I ended up cutting myself on the tape dispenser, which is worrisome because it was super easy to cut myself and I was trying not to. It’s scary because anyone could have cut themselves before and there’s no telling if they had any infections/ diseases that could be transmitted by blood. I know the chances of this are very very slim but it’s very worrisome. The other post office I go to is so much better. They tape everything for you too. I will not be coming back.
