Only one clerk helping customers this morning and he does not even know how to run priority packages. After loading all of my packages back into my car, I had to drive to the Columbiana Post Office (11 miles away) for service. As a business owner that ships daily, this is unacceptable. However, I’ve seen the steady decline for several years.
