- GWGreg WillardAug 5, 20211.0Certified mail received by their facility. Given to their carrier and then magically disappeared. I've placed inquiry on it and they just don't know or care to look. Mail disappeared in carriers vehicle it seems. Usps customer support cant do anything and if you try to call this branch be ready to let it ring for hours without them picking up.

This is the third time in 6 months though this time they have lied, lost my package or threw it away. There is a disconnect between their corporate and their office management, management doesn't respond to emails nor call customers back, they don't take responsibility for their employees throwing away packages, and can't handle their business at all. The office itself is a joke and the employees don't care about anything besides getting you out of their locations even if it means they lie to get you to go away. Absolutely terrible and only seems to be getting worse.
