  I walked in with a return from Amazon. I saw a kiosk that was for returns if you had the QE code. I scanned my box and it said to place it in a poly bag. My box was too large for one of the options, so I selected that. The machine told me to see a cashier. I got in line and was rudely helped by a white lady with curly hair. She had a nasty attitude and was extremely rude about me using the kiosk and messing up. She just had a terrible attitude for someone working in customer service. I work in customer facing role daily and have never held the attitude and facial expressions she does. I will not be coming back and will drive over the hill to Chelsea from now on.

  Save yourself the frustration and go to the Inverness location! Everyone at this location is absolutely incompetent. The guy that rang up. My order did not know how to spell the word business or supplies and it took him maybe four or five minutes to figure out how to spell the items in my boxes. Then they couldn’t figure out how to pay in one transaction, I had to pay two separate times for boxes going to the same person. Seriously, go to the Inverness location. It is worth the drive.

  Extremely disappointing experience with the UPS Store on Doug Baker Blvd. Shipping labels were mixed up on three separate packages, and now all of my items are lost. These weren’t just minor delays — the packages are currently missing because of a labeling/shipping issue that should never have happened. I trusted this location to properly handle my shipments, and that trust is gone. I will not be returning to this location. If you are shipping anything valuable or important, I would strongly recommend going somewhere else. Stay away. If I could give negative stars I would.

  The representative at the UPS store was so efficient and helpful. My package was mailed and he was helpful to determine the best option for long distance mailing.
