It's great to have such a friendly staff and office supplies at your convenience at this location. The only other place to get office supplies close by is 15 minutes away.

I needed a document printed and Madison was very helpful showing me how to print it on their self serve printer. The printer ran out of paper before my order was finished, and Alana re-filled the paper for me very quickly. Great , friendly staff. I will definitely be shopping at the Trussville location again.

Went to Staples on Friday to get a some papers bounded. Told me they were behind and I should come back on Saturday. He told me the earlier the better, but they could get it done. I show up on Saturday. Only a few customers. I asked about them binding my copies AGAIN and the girl that I spoke with said that it was too late that I had to submit the work orders before 12:00. (Keep in mind only a few customers in the store) She was VERY condescending and talked to me like I was a toddler. That I needed to submit the order before 12 and then they could do the order. Just don't waste your time, cause they sure don't want to do any thing.

Went in to see about getting some help printing name tags for a conference next weekend. I found the labels I needed and the worker said actually no we can’t print those since they’re Avery. I asked what I needed to do and he said go through Avery, in as much words. I went to the Avery website and did what he suggested. When I was done, there was another worker at the counter with the original worker sitting behind her. I told her what I needed and what I’d done. She dismissed me to work with another customer, then another customer needed help and she basically told them to take my place at the counter. I sat the labels down and walked out. Very unprofessional, very unfriendly to customers (not to her coworkers) and very unhelpful.
