  I absolutely love this FedEx store! The employees are amazing, friendly, helpful, and always make me feel welcome. Every time I come in, I receive great customer service, and they go above and beyond to help me with whatever I need. You can tell they genuinely care about their customers. I highly recommend this location—you won’t be disappointed!

  I cannot speak to their other services, but I certainly do not recommend their printing services. I had to reprint 500 brochures because they weren’t evenly folded. I was told by the store manager that they cannot provide uniform folding because of their machine. Never mind that they could look at the finished product and reprint the 1/3 of them that were off. Zero quality control and zero care for producing a quality product. Other locations such as Tuscaloosa and downtown Birmingham have had no issues with printing.

  Came in to ship a return - I'm leaving this review because the employee Randy was unbelievably friendly, helpful and personable. Shipping process went very smoothly and he was a pleasure to talk to. Thank you Randy!

  Incredibly , female desk clerk on multiple occasions -acted like she couldn’t be bothered and was not willing to help with any details. Absolutely recommend using another FedEx location or a competitor

  Dusty was incredibly helpful in setting up a print order I had that was a litte bit complicated. He went the extra mile to ensure we got the order completed and on time. Thank you, Dusty! I have a very happy son who is ready for his school project!
