- CDChristy Dinkins6 days ago1.0I would give this place a zero if I could.My prescription got transferred to this post office by mistake. I called and spoke with who employees said was Shay. She had my prescription in her hand and left them at the front. Insead of asking who they were they, this other employee put them to be sent on the truck. Which will take another day or two for me for get. Communication is a key that people lack.

- JMjerry meansJun 9, 20261.0On May 14 I paid to mail a gift card to a family member sent priority mail for security and my gift card was taken from the mail at the mobile USPS facility and spent every dime by 4:33pm on May 16th. I filed a claim on the 30th with the post office and it was denied after i had paid for priority mail with 100.00 insurance. I have spent time and effort to get additional information for them to track down what had happened. Every part of this process has been unsatisfactory to get results. Especially when the package disapeared within their facility
