- JMjerry meansJun 9, 20261.0On May 14 I paid to mail a gift card to a family member sent priority mail for security and my gift card was taken from the mail at the mobile USPS facility and spent every dime by 4:33pm on May 16th. I filed a claim on the 30th with the post office and it was denied after i had paid for priority mail with 100.00 insurance. I have spent time and effort to get additional information for them to track down what had happened. Every part of this process has been unsatisfactory to get results. Especially when the package disapeared within their facility

They would be better off firing the entire staff and hiring high-school students. I would pay double to make sure my packages never see usps
