The staff is nice, but it just gets so packed in there and can take forever.

Encountered the rudest, most unprofessional worker I’ve ever run into at this place (and that’s saying a lot). Sandra seems to be on a mission to make everyone’s day as unpleasant as hers. At the same time, she had no idea how to do her job, and yells at paying customers when they follow her incorrect instructions. I know it’s government work, but good grief, Sandra is a new low.

A fairly nice post office. The 4 stars say nothing about their service, they are great, only that the lines can be long when the students are in town.

Does not scan anything that gets dropped off. Unless you manage to get the 1 kiosk they have (assuming it isn't down like it is half the time) or wait the 30 minutes in line to speak with somebody, they will scan nothing... even though they tell you to place prepaid packages there on the desk. They won't scan when picking up from any third party shipping locations either. Packages go days without being trackable
