  If I could rate it one star, I would. After waiting patiently on the hold for about 17 minutes. When she finally came back she had an attitude and proceeded to hang up in my face. I called back twelve times for them to just let it ring or decline the call

  This is the worst Post Office ever. They do not care about the customers. I have had countless issues with this location. These past 2 weeks, I have had packages say they are out for delivery and do not show up for days. Called and all it does is ring, and when they do finally pick up the they lie. I called and spoke to Ryan about my issue, and he said he would call me back within 15 minutes. That was on July 1st, still waiting, so after 4 hrs I called again and this time I spoke with a young lady, and she was very rude when I tried to explain things to her, she would not allow me to speak, and when I did she gave me excuse after excuse on why my package that was to be delivered on June 28th still had not be delivered. Fast forward to July 2, some of my packages arrived, but they were all wet and opened, and one of the packages had fallen apart, and the product was wet. The paper mail was also wet, so this tells me that it was sitting outside yesterday in the storm. I will be calling the post Master General in DC about these issues.

  They consistently deliver packages to the wrong address or not at all. Today was the third time that I was expecting a package, locked eyes with the carrier, and they drove off then updated the status to “not home” without ever leaving their vehicle. They have delivered two packages in as many weeks to our neighbor instead of us. The number listed does not even reach the office, it only goes to the national call center which is unhelpful and doesn’t really do anything - had to wait on hold for two hours only for them to say they’ll attempt a redelivery the next day and that “hopefully” the office will reach out to be before close of business. In short, unreliable in every way and unreachable over phone to top it off. *Update* Went into the post office to collect my package and they didn’t have it, the carrier actually did take it out with them and did even get out of the vehicle to attempt to deliver it, apparently it was Wendy who is known for this. The clerk took my information and said they would call once the carrier returned so that I could come pick up my package (defeats the purpose of shipping?) when the carrier returned. I was never called back, and now the tracking information has updated to two days out. My package has been delayed a minimum of two days because the carrier didn’t feel like getting out of the vehicle.

  Always something with this post office. I watched the carrier put 1 package in my mailbox when I was expecting 2. Got an email immediately stating my package is being held at the post office for pickup per my request. Um, what? No one talked to me or attempted to deliver that second package. No one answers the phone or responds to online complaints either. Why hasn't this branch been investigated and gutted?

  This place is an absolute joke! Twice now my Amazon package was not delivered. I had to go to the building where I waited in an insanely long line, only to find out they could not find the package. This is complete incompetence. I'm sure this review will get ignored like the many others. Nothing gets done at this place.
