  Today I went in and got 13 colored copies on cardstock. The guy told me it would be 15-20 minutes. He didn't tell me that there was going to be an Express guarantee charge of $6 to get it in under an hour! I went to Walmart and then I came back thirty minutes later and it still wasn't ready! 45 minutes after drop off, the guy rang me up for $30!!!!!!! THIRTY! for 13 copies! I had ten minutes to get to my kids school so I paid it and ran. It wasn't until I got home, I realized he charged me 6.39 for an "express fee.". I called and the guy who made the copies said nothing could be done about it, since he still got it done within and hour, though he admitted forgetting to tell me about the fee. $30 for 13 copies?!?...go somewhere else!

  A great save by Amber in print service department by getting an order rushed through to meet a deadline. They were understaffed and very busy but Amber took my call and was able to rush an order which had been entered incorrectly on intake. She was polite, understanding, and even though it was fast the work was excellent. This has been my go to store for print needs for last 5 years and will continue to be after today.

  The staff member was friendly and helpful, but the store seemed understaffed. Since this is a busy Amazon return location, having only one person handling both returns and checkout led to long waits. Hopefully they can add more staff during busy times.

  I frequent this store quite often for purchases and Amazon returns. Today I entered the store with one Amazon package to return and went to the desk and rhe cashier was servicing a customer during the time that I was standing there patiently waiting. Another customer came up after me to pay for their items and he serviced them prior to acknowledging me to assist with my Amazon return. Once he was finished with that customer, I politely said to him, I find it very interesting that you serviced that Customer and I was here ahead of them. He gave me no direct eye contact and stated that paying customers are Serviced first, I replied, that’s not professional and you don’t treat people in such a manner and that’ was not good Customer Service. Additionally, I mentionedI should not have to stand in the line longer because I have a return at an authorized Amazon drop off location. He stated that it was the store policy to service paying customers first and told me to have a great day. The Cashiers name was Dale. I told him that I was going to write a review about his service and once again he told me to have a good day. I requested to see the store manager, and I had a professional conversation with him and expressed to him how I felt about the whole situation. He of course, apologized, agree with how Customer should be treated in the store, and stated that he would speak to dale which I do not believe he will do so. This is the second time that an employee of that store has been rude in reference to Amazon drop offs.
