This is 4/20 and no one can tell me where the package is located. It’s my fault when I put confidence in a purple hair young lady that suffered a paper cut and had to get someone with fingernails so long she could not handle my papers. The post office used to be a respectable job, what has happened?
- MHMelissa HyattDec 11, 20231.0I have the USPS app and it clearly states I have incoming mail. When I check my mailbox nothing is delivered. I have some very important mail from my cancer doctor and the State of Alabama, that has still not been delivered. Forget calling because it just rings and is never answered. I understand it’s the holidays but my mail has been delivered anywhere from 5-9 pm at night for months. If I could give negative stars I would.
