  I went in on Sunday for a return and red and Nancy were very kind and professional. They made my experience fast and fun. I definitely will be coming back when they work together.

  Have to say that Sunday Red and Ren were working behind the counter and was very fast and friendly. Always a pleasure when those 2 are working togather!

  UPS has repeatedly failed to deliver packages that are clearly marked “Out for Delivery.” Drivers keep claiming they cannot find the house, even though other carriers have no problem with the same location. This has happened multiple times. The packages contain temperature-sensitive medicine that must stay cold. Every failed attempt puts the medication at risk and creates a serious health concern. After the first few failures, you would expect the issue to be fixed in their system. Instead, the same problem continues. Extremely unreliable when it actually matters.

  I went today to get 4 sheets printed out. I needed one sheet printed on card stock. I was told that they cannot do anything on cardstock during the weekend. Which I didn’t understand but I called earlier in the week and asked about printing on cardstock. I told them I would come be coming in on Saturday and the person said we will do it. I brought that up to the employee and was told that who ever told you that probably wasn’t working today. Though I was frustrated I knew nothing was going to change their mind. I then ask can you at least print it on some heavier weight paper. I was told absolutely not and it was printed on the cheapest thinnest paper. It would not be as frustrating if I wasn’t one of two people in there. The employees didn’t seem to care or even want to be there. They didn’t seem like they even cared. I think I have maybe ever left maybe 2 bad reviews anywhere in my entire life. I don’t like to do it cause you don’t know what people are going through in life.

  ⭐️ Very disappointing customer service. I arrived before closing time, waited in line like everyone else, and when it was finally my turn, I asked to have a few documents laminated. I was told they couldn’t help me because they “close at 6:00” and had too many customers. What I found especially frustrating was that I had already waited my turn and I was also a customer. There were only about three people behind me. I even said, “I’m a customer too,” because I genuinely couldn’t understand why the customers behind me were being treated as more important than the customer already standing at the counter. What makes this even more disappointing is that the posted store hours show that this location is open until 6:30 PM on weekdays. I completely understand that a business can be busy near closing time, but I arrived while the store was still open, waited my turn, and simply expected to be treated like every other customer. If certain services stop being offered before the actual closing time, that should be clearly communicated instead of allowing a customer to wait in line and then refusing service once it is their turn. I left feeling dismissed and like my time and business did not matter. Very disappointing experience, and unfortunately I will not be returning to this location.
