- NCNikolina Cosentino2 days ago1.0My husband and I just moved here and never in our lives have either of us ever had an issue getting our packages and with just one package we’ve gotten 4 separate excuses as to why our package couldn’t be delivered, just to find out they’ve been doing this for years. I will be putting in a complaint with the postal inspector!

They possibly will arrive today after office is closed…” yes that what I was told by Staff today!!! And they will stay in the cold room with no water or food…. I can’t believe this place has such a poor logistics. I can’t stop crying on my way home just imagine them dying at USPS office. If I can give USPS -10K stars I would in a heartbeat!!!

I had her today and after taking forever, sensing me back in line and insulting me on my way out another guy said I try not to ever get her. For over 15 minutes uses with a long line it took 2 of them to help 1 man ship a package. She has an attitude. And for someone who works in customer satisfaction myself, she has zero business working with the public.

Checked my mail box and the bigger mail box by mine that normally houses packages and there wasn't anything there. Went to the USPS and they couldn't tell me where my package was. Good thing USPS is going away, they have never done anything right by me. It's failures from the bottom up.
