I used the USPS website move service or change of address service to let them know I had moved. I also used the USPS website’s delivery instructions to tell them to keep the package there and that I would come pick it up. The woman kept arguing with me, saying that the USPS website was only for informing me, not for informing them. Does she even know how the technology works nowadays? The package was supposed to be delivered on September 25, but I went there on September 23, and my package had already been attempted for delivery and was immediately returned to the sender. The way she acted the way she talk and the way she looked at me very unprofessional.
