  I don’t leave bad reviews, but this UPS store deserves 0.5 star. We paid for a box to be delivered, the box went to the destination but wasn’t able to be delivered because of a gate code. The gate code was on the box and the UPS drivers deliver at that address all the time. However, the box was returned and no refund was given. When asked about the delivery, they refused to give a refund and stated that they made a mistake and that we actually should have paid more money to deliver it. Um, what? What did we pay for? A headache…

  I find the staff knowledgeable, even when someone is being trained. They have a person on hand to help them with any issue. The service is fairly fast and very accurate. Everyone is very friendly. I keep returning every time I need to ship my packages.

  For Amazon returns, I highly recommend the Palmer location. Skip the lines and use their kiosk. Printing prices seems to lower here than Palmer though so that's a plus.
