- BSBrittany StephensOct 7, 20262.0I’ve had a box here for over 3 years. I am in the process of selling a vehicle so I didn’t drive my usual vehicle today and didn’t have my key. I work 12-14 hour days 6-7 days a week so it’s incredibly difficult for me to get into here with their hours. (Also another negative, not being open Sundays) I FINALLY got off early enough to come in and realized when I arrived I didn’t have my key, but have been told in the past it was okay so long as I have my ID but they cannot grab my mail, only packages. So I wait in the very long line just for the lady to tell me she can’t do that and I can buy another key. We pay a good penny for these boxes with our names on them. My ID should suffice. To add to my review, when you enter in here, you are exiting your vehicle into what feels like downtown Anchorage. The guys that work here have been great and helpful every time, but this review is solely about UPS and their policy as well as the location and the experience with the “top manager.” I will be ending my mail service with them as soon as our notice for payment is in.

But the service from one specific woman has gone completely downhill lately. She is consistently miserable, unfriendly, and plain rude. I genuinely dread getting called up by her when she's working. I intend to update this review with her name once I get it, but until management addresses her attitude, the rating stays down.
