  the title officer told me i have to do quiet title action before he can sell me insurance, I wouldn't need to buy your garbage insurance if I put all the work on my CLEAR title land, such a scam

  Kate was assigned to me from my mortgage broker, and she was great. She was friendly, thorough, and knowledgeable. I was able to ask questions, and she explained every document to me before my pen would hit paper. She was prompt to return emails and phone calls, and I can't recommend her enough.
