- JMJ M6 days ago1.0They have really raised their rates. I sent a box from Sitka, Alaska to Everett, Washington and though it was 17 pounds they charged me for 23 pounds. Then, if box is bigger than 12 inches they charge you for dimensions. So it cost $55 to send a box 20 inches x 16 inches x 10 inches that weighed 17 pounds. I did not know that if I had joined the free Clip and Ship online, in which you print your own labels, you can save money. If I had done that it would have only cost $39 to ship my box! Of course they don't tell you that at the post office! When did their rates go up? When did they start charging dimension fees? Frustrating!

When it was our turn, the employee was very kind and helpful, he even apologized for the long wait. I watched both employees greet each customer with a smile and kindness. We had a great experience.
- MMMichael MigliniJun 6, 20265.0It seems like every time I go in this post office somebody who works there does something which impresses me with either how well they do their job, how well they fix something the greater USPS or I have done incorrectly, or just how consistently darn friendly they are. I almost don’t want to post a five star review of a post office because I feel like I should knock on wood or might be setting myself up for disappointment the next time I go in. I just don’t think it’s going to happen. If it does, they’re still going to be the best post office I’ve ever dealt with.

- TVtheresa vanveenJul 10, 20191.0just had the worst experience. left work to go to the post office to mail off paperwork and was bullied by the new employee working (bald male) who said that I smelled like skunks and that I was immoral and disgusting. I work in the LEGAL marijuana industry. I didn't think i smelled. I was having a good day. Til now. i tried to file a formal complaint and was told by post master cecilia dumag that nothin would be done, that she apologized to her employee for me. and that she now has a headache because of our smell. Bring back the nice employees!! That place is filled with miserable grumps now. Going higher up and not letting this go! #stopthestigma
