- MMMollyOct 11, 20262.0Staff at Palmer post office is wonderful. They get the brunt of things and I know it’s beyond their control. However - its the carriers I have an issue with. The smallest of packages can never be delivered. They literally ignore any communication written back on the packaging slips for redelivery and then threaten to return your packages without ever having even tried to deliver them. So for every single package - you must make a trip to the post office, stand in a line and go about it that way. When you have multiple packages this becomes a problem. I’m really just so sick of it. Parcel boxes aren’t full - the boxes aren’t oversized, the carriers are lazy. Bluntly speaking - they’re getting paid to do the very minimum and it is highly upsetting and disruptive to peoples lives. It makes me only want to order through sites that deliver with dependable mail services such as FedEx/UPS.

Two medical result letters that showed in Informed Delivery over a week ago were not delivered (not the first time mail has mysteriouly disappeared after being scanned in Informed Delivery, either!). Multiple packages from Amazon have been returned as undeliverable. Lobby lines are always very long. Worst postal service I've ever experienced. I can't recall the last time (if ever) that I've given a one star review. I'm usually a proponent of the post office but sadly here I say avoid using USPS if you want to get your mail reliably.
