All people want is to be able to know their mail isn’t in a black hole somewhere. It’s basically shut up and wait with no information. This is the 3rd time I’ve had a package stop tracking and they don’t ever provide answers…just excuses of not being able to view anything. I paid for priority packaging that should be 2-3 days and it’s now day 7 past delivery date. If people can get overnight packages on time I don’t want to hear the “it’s Alaska” excuses. If someone can get overnight packages why is it impossible for priority or ground packages to get delivered on time?
