When I discussed this with the staff, they were flippant, not helpful, and when I stated I would make a review they hysterically laughed at me. Surely this isn’t how a customer, how has spent hard earned money, should be treated. I would not recommend this location. The staff appear not to be reliable, nor helpful, and were absolutely rude and uncaring of a review affecting future business. That should be concerning for the franchise owner and manager of this location.

We ended up deciding that having her pack them really well and checking them as baggage on the plane was the best option. I just landed in Portland and the box is a little beat up but the machines are perfect. She did a great job.

Package was returned after about 30day, the only attempt to deliver was them putting a note on their door saying it was RTS, the driver notes says receiver moved which is not true. The palmer store will not refund the $60 shipping and said call customer support, customer support and corporate support only deal with lost or damaged boxes, they do not deal with issues with delivery due to the fact that UPS stores are individually owned and operated. The local Palmer UPS store that is independently operated will not do anything.
