  Staff is friendly but! Package was returned after about 30day, the only attempt to deliver was them putting a note on their door saying it was RTS, the driver notes says receiver moved which is not true. The palmer store will not refund the $60 shipping and said call customer support, customer support and corporate support only deal with lost or damaged boxes, they do not deal with issues with delivery due to the fact that UPS stores are individually owned and operated. The local Palmer UPS store that is independently operated will not do anything.

  I grew up in Palmer and would use the Palmer UPS Store when needed, They were always polite and helpful with you never a bad experience until now. What happened to this store? The customer Service is horrible! I had the worst experience with a young girl who works the front counter. The girl who waited on me had dark hair short and wore her hair up unfortunately I did not get her name, She was very rude and disrespectful! Any questions I asked was responded back with rudeness, sarcasm and blank stares without any answers making a very uncomfortable situation She desperately needs to be educated on how to treat her customers. I run a department of my own and this behavior would not be tolerated period! .There is absolutely no excuse for this behavior. I will drive the extra miles and do my business in Wasilla
