- MLMary LangMay 26, 20265.0Went to at least four post offices while in Alaska to mail postcards and items back home. They were all very friendly. However, Aaron at this post office was above and beyond helpful. Took time to explain the different types of envelopes and boxes that my husband had to choose from, and was extremely helpful. Hope someone "higher up" sees this as Aaron definitely deserves at least a pat on the back. He is a gem!

- DSD SJul 5, 20181.0Instead of contacting the customer to let them know that the package was ready for pickup; they thought it was a good idea to send an express package back to the mainland when the customer was slow to pick up the package. That makes no seance and waist resources. Next time, pick up a phone or hold the package instead of sending it back 2000 miles.
