I thought that once our home sale was recorded (which was delayed twice due to First American) I would be done with these jokesters; ALAS, they messed up our first insurance payment. Do not expect responses to emails, be sure to call and speak to the person you need. I recommend going elsewhere. Good luck.

I ended up not being a customer but they helped me for about 30 minutes answering questions and digging into my problem. For someone to be able to take time out of their day to help someone not for money but because they have the expertise is a wonderful thing. Thank you very much
