  Shipping logistics are never easy in Juneau, but I have always had a great experience with this FedEx. If Mary is in, then I know my package will make it where it needs to go and the process will run smoothly.

  Better hours than before, pleasant staff and a clean lobby! They were also very helpful with a package I was sending out.

  FedEx is incompetent! My small business has been down waiting for this part which I sent Priority Overnight. Juneau FedEx is perpetually closed everyday with ‘open tomorrow’ sign. No local number to call. The only customer support you can call is overseas ESL that are barely understandable. I shipped Priority overnight — ANC sent to FBX now they can’t get it from ANC to JNU (or it got to JNU but nobody is around to scan it). I was told it was on its way to JNU then the next day when I call they say it’s still in ANC. They tell me they’re investigating and I’ll get a callback but I have yet to have that happen. Seriously this is the worst shipping experience of my life. Do yourself a favor and avoid FedEx like the plague. Can’t say UPS is the greatest but they’ve never done me dirty like FedEx.

  No door tag left and they returned the package to the shipper, that was time sensitive. I didn't realize they even attempted to deliver while I was out of the office until my boss asked if I received it yet. I called and found out they had attempted to deliver three times. No slip left so I could reschedule the delivery or pick up at their location. I tried to file a complaint and they said I couldn't because it was "no longer my package" due to being sent back to the shipper and that the shipper would have to file the complaint for me which is utterly ridiculous. Terrible company made worse by incompetent local delivery.
