It is always closed even though the timing says open until 5:00pm Very inconvenient for someone who is there once a week.

Fed ex has failed me time and time again. Nothing really else to report, hire better people. Get your together.

Great service at the local store in Juneau if you're shipping. Unfortunately, if you have an issue with a late delivery and need to file a claim, be prepared for a frustrating process. I was directed to call or file online, and the online customer service experience was lacking and involved a lot of waiting and still no resolution as their website for claims is down. For a delivery that was very expensive and they recommended next day delivery which was delayed,, I was disappointed that the store couldn’t assist with the claim and instead directed me to phone/online customer service

Shipping logistics are never easy in Juneau, but I have always had a great experience with this FedEx. If Mary is in, then I know my package will make it where it needs to go and the process will run smoothly.
