The crews, especially Rose, have been delivering outstanding services, remarkable customer care, and meticulous quality assurance of your package. Not only that, Rose went above and beyond to help me secure very important packages of mine time to time and properly signed them when needed. Other than that, shipping is very easy and straight forward. Rose explained to me everything needed to ship, anything I need to ship, from pricing, signature, and even reminder of what type of package. People here who rate this store below 4 stars really just had a bad day. They be losing their sanity over lost shipment and blame this store, giving it 1 star. So irrelevant... They should complain to the headquarters or call customer service.

- AHAmber HaneyDec 22, 20181.0Mail gets lost 90 % of the time or delivered to wrong house. The mail person is ALWAYS putting parcels in a broken box that the post office refuses to fix. Lady at the desk is rude and inconvenienced when she has to put in for a parcel to be retrieved bc the mail person keeps messing up. Just a terrible place and inconsistent mail delivery.
