- NSNicholas SchadJul 10, 20261.0I am being made to pick up my package because they are lacking delivery drivers. Already paying for shipping and then having to drive to pick up the package since they can’t staff themselves is fairly ridiculous.

When I go to pick it up the lady touches a couple packages on a back shelf then comes out to ask me the address. I tell her this address, I had it shipped here. I tell her you guys called me. She immediately turns extremely rude and snaps at me that she has to look in a bunch of spots. Okay… why didn’t you do that then before coming out and being rude? Makes zero sense. The package arrived on time and in good condition. But the customer service is terrible.
- SVSteve VickJun 12, 20261.0Fed up with fedex I have had a package returned to sender twice in the past week. Both times the package wasn't even attempted to be delivered to my house. I know this because I got a text from FedEx that a signature was required and I should be home. I waited at home. I even found the FedEx driver, who looked on their hand-held computer and said, "Yes, I have the package in the back." Then they went to the back of the truck, and it wasn't in there. The package wasn't even in the truck. They turned around and shipped it back to the sender twice. Horrible incompetence from FedEx! How do they stay in business.
