The USPS website says walk-ins are taken 3-4:30 T/Th at this location. We went yesterday and were told they stopped doing walk-in passport applications about a year ago. USPS, please update your website.
- KSKaren SchafMar 12, 20265.0I have the best mail carriers. Are there occasional flaws, yes - they are not perfect, but I feel they do one hell of a job with the current mailing demands of the world. I don't need to go to the office often, maybe once a year and have yet to leave unhappy.
- JBJeffrey BoothroydMar 6, 20261.0Their entire system for package delivery up Hiland Rd. is absolutely horrendous. You can forget receiving a package on the day it's marked "delivered." If they leave you a slip for package pickup its held hostage until the next day because "we weren't able to sort it today." It's also extremely frustrating that if I have a package in a parcel locker, the key isn't dropped off in my mailbox until 3:30pm, even though I get a "package delivered" notification at 9:00am. If I'm on my way home from work I have to drive past the post office, up Hiland, hope there's actually a key in my mailbox, and drive back. All while paying for shipping.

I have had "items left in lockers" (we have no lockers, let alone keys) Items unable to be delivered and no pink slip to indicate as such, enrire packages disapearing once reaching ER. Twice we were givens someone elses package. I called today to compain and the postmaster themselves said they were having problems with this particular mailperson. Ridiclous. Step it up guys....it aint rocket surgery. I miss our old Postman, the guy with the Jeep. He kicked butt.
