  I want to give a "shout Out" to the 2 young men at the UPS Store in Eagle River, AK, their employees were so helpful scanning, printing, and cutting our Easter flyers & invites for The Sanctuary of Eagle River Church! I am not techy and thay helped me overcome my challenges on this project. THANK YOU!

  I brought my PC to this store to pack and ship thinking they would know what they were doing. I paid a lot of money for them to do it. They put a few sad layers of cheap bubble wrap around the tower, barely even covering it all. When i opened it upon receiving, it appeared they tossed it around over and over again laughing at all the fragile stickers. The case was ruined and components screwed down beforehand were roaming inside. My PC is ruined. It cost me 5k to build, which I told them when I shipped it. They said I had to pay for next day air because of the value, even though they treated it like garbage. When it arrived, broken, I submitted a claim which is still outstanding. I've been waiting for 4 months. They keep saying I need to provide more paperwork, despite telling them exactly how much it was worth before shipping. I used this computer for work, so I was without for several weeks after moving. I can't believe they can destroy my property and then pretend it didn't happen. ***Update, Next Day*** I got a voicemail yesterday. Ridiculous. I went and dug up every 4 year old receipt for my PC build that I could find and submitted it to the site. I don't know why they ask you to declare the value of the product beforehand if they are going to make you jump through hoops to get your money back when they treat your stuff like garbage. Some of these parts I can't even buy anymore. Conveniently, if they ignore you for 6 months, it seems your claim expires. I've provided everything I've been asked for now.

  I Love the Eagle River AK UPS store. EMILY is a rock star, as she just helped me find a tracking number from 2 months ago. She was just lovely. Everyone there is helpful, friendly, knowledgeable and customer oriented. BIG DARN DEAL! I have also used UPS stores in Downtown Anchorage, Kona and Kihei HI and they have all been nothing but GREAT. Kinda $, but so worth it.
