- DDDylan1 day ago1.0Firstly, the clerks have always been helpful and I appreciate them. My frustrations are not with them. Whenever I see that I have a delivery being managed by USPS, I immediately lose hope that it will actually be delivered. 'Attempted deliveries' happen when I am at home yet no attempt was made, requesting security codes for a gate that I don't have (no fences at all for that matter), and pick-up slips that arrive over a week later, it's all so tiring and exasperating. What if someone is waiting on medicine or something very time sensitive? It really ought to just be a pick-up only facility since that's what we have to do. The clerks and the people of Chugiak deserve better.
