- TAThomas AlexanderFeb 26, 20181.0This is the worst post office in Anchorage. The carriers don't care if they deliver packages or mail. When they DO deliver the mail they shove it and bend it into your post office box as well as your mailbox at your house. You can complain all you want the management does not care and will not do anything to change things. I live in a secure building and have given them the code to get in and leave packages at my door (which is on the first floor about 3 steps from the security door) they ignore that and they leave them in my carport or just throw them outside in the weather no matter what the weather condition is. One of the worse things is they will deliver packages to the wrong address and say that they have delivered it so you have to go through the whole process saying it is a stolen item because they refuse to acknowledge of their mistake. The only reason that I've given this one star is because you can't give it a negative rating. I hate going through the change of address again but I think I'm going to go back to using a third-party post office box because this post office is so horrible
