The line started building up so people started calling to the back. I wanted to buy a stamp for the birthday card I was mailing, nothing crazy. Guy said my card was "non machinable" and charged me extra for it. Wouldn't explain what that meant - I just wanted to buy a stamp for the grocery store card I'd already marked and addressed with the normal envelope from the store. I don't care about $0.40 but what gives, what does that even mean and how do you get off not explaining? Just repeating yourself and pointing at the card does not mean anything. I'd waited so long already I just let it go. Clerk #25
