An Asian lady worker with glasses, long dark hair, and probably a Filipina had a very poor customer service. I asked for her help to send out a package and to guide me since it was my first time sending out a package. I did the custom forms online, got my packages ready and everything. She made me fill out another customs forms to itemize the package because she said they were different forms. I trusted her because I wasn’t sure since it was my first time. I filled out all the forms, I waited patiently until the other customers were assisted by her. She started giving attitude and yelled at her other coworker and said “I don’t care! I need to take my break!” in front of the customers.. One post office employee came out named “Bee” and assisted me instead. He was very understanding and very helpful and I found out from him that I didn’t have to fill out another forms and that the lady just wasted so much of my time. She has a very very poor customer service, skills, attitude, and unprofessional. And as a fellow Filipina, I am very disappointed and upset about it.
