  The smell of air freshener in there was overwhelming. I did a quick Amazon return at the kiosk (amazing feature!) and left smelling like the fake air freshener that was permeating the entire store.

  Don’t use this store to notarize anything. They notarized a document incorrectly, which made it invalid for the DMV and caused serious delays and consequences for me. Because of their mistake, I had to come back and redo the exact same paperwork. When I calmly explained what happened, there was zero apology and zero accountability. They just notarized it again and acted like it was no big deal. Notary work requires precision and basic competence. This store showed neither. Their carelessness created real problems for me, and the complete lack of responsibility afterward made it worse. I would absolutely not trust this location with any legal or time-sensitive documents.
