  The service, transparency, and communication from this business was so much greater then i expected. I own a small business and when i came to do a capabilities test i found the service department manager had made himself available to help answer any questions i might of had. Everyone was genuine and helpful and easy to get a hold of. When I first looked at this company i was turned off by their reviews but then in talking with other businesses i found they had the best service in the state and that the initial reviews they had were from a time they were operating under staff capacity and have since fixed the issue to become the #1 in the state. All i can say if they offer this good of service and support for a small business then you should certainly at least go meet them and give them a chance at yours.

  if you like automated prompts and voice mails into the void this is the company for you. Machines work great, support is non existent.

  Do not do business with this company!!! Especially if they try and talk you into a lease. Nothing but headaches will come in your dealings with them!

  Do not do business with this company! Ever since we have leased a printer from them we have had nothing but issues with it and the issues have yet to be resolved in 6 months!
