  Waiting on my package for two weeks and is already delayed that needs a signature for delivery. Spend my whole day at home doing nothing but wait on my package, only to get a notification on my phone saying that my package was "delayed". Come to find out, the carrier never knocked on my door or rang my door bell. Instead, they just put a missed delivery note on my door with instructions to use their app to schedule another delivery day. Go to use the app, is an absolute nightmare to navigate, wants to schedule a delivery in SEVEN DAYS. Give up on the app and call this center and ask if I can go there to pick up my package today, told no. So now I have to waste away another day to potentially miss my package AGAIN because someone didn't wanna knock on a door. Absolutely unsatisfactory.

  Fedex associate sent package to wrong location. Package was sent not as requested. Perishable items were spoiled due to their incompetence.

  My package was supposed to be sent to Haines. instead, it's sat at Anchorage for 16 DAYS! It's good to know that my package means nothing to them. I'll never be shipping with FedEx ever again.

  Anchorage is incompetent! Juneau Business down. Priority overnight ANC sent to FBX now they can’t get it from ANC to JNU. Go with UPS instead!!!
