  My package was supposed to be sent to Haines. instead, it's sat at Anchorage for 16 DAYS! It's good to know that my package means nothing to them. I'll never be shipping with FedEx ever again.

  Anchorage is incompetent! Juneau Business down. Priority overnight ANC sent to FBX now they can’t get it from ANC to JNU. Go with UPS instead!!!

  I had a great time working with Andrew, who helped me ship a large quantity of items. He was professional and efficient every step of the interaction while also helping me get the best value out of the transaction. I would definitely recommend this location

  I had a really upsetting experience at FedEx today. The employee I spoke with was extremely rude and disrespectful. When I asked to speak with a manager, I was told I couldn’t, and they refused to give me their name. They also said there would “never be a manager” available and threatened to call security. This kind of behavior is unacceptable, and I’d appreciate someone looking into this situation.
