- VCViri ChapaMay 21, 20211.0Very bad customer service, the door was locked and I kept ringing doorbell and they wouldn’t open and I could hear employees laughing and talking. I had to go to a window so they open. I drove an hour away for my passport renewal since my city has appointments until July. Employee just sent me back for not having my application ready. I don’t have access to a printer thats why I didn't have an application.

Very unprofessional, I gave my phone to employee and was never called back, due to the fact that I was missing items from package. But dont you think you would inspect packaging when delivered to your location to make sure you are not at fault for missing items?
