And he told an old lady who had difficulty speaking either learn English or go back to her country. What the hell is that about?! Absolutely ridiculous that the post office employs people like that!

I literally checked at the exact minute they dropped off my delivery. Trying to remedy this has been an absolute nightmare. It was suppose to be something cute for my partner’s bday and now it’s just gone. Lost money and time on this. I work 14 hour days and then to deal with this?! Get it together. I use to work FedEx. It ain’t that hard to get things right.
