Great service every time! The team is always friendly and incredibly accommodating. They’ve helped me with many last-minute returns even after 5 PM and never once made it difficult. Super convenient and reliable. Highly recommend this UPS Store! Kenny is the Best!

This is a great location! All of the staff are efficient and friendly, but Kenny is the one who stands out the most. I always need to print my shipping label at their location since I don’t have a printer and as soon as he sees me Kenny prints the shipping label before I even request it. Kenny is a great and friendly manager! Kudos to everyone at this location!

UPS Wylie TX is amazing! They’ve saved the day for me so many times. They were kind to me even when I showed up 5 mins before the store closing. Nothing is too hard for these guys. Thank you UPS Wylie, I’m so thankful I can always count on yall.
