Worst post office there is. Forward packages for no reason and you'll never get them on the phone because apparently they're too busy. Crazy that all other post offices seem to be able to manage their workload and be able to pick up the phone.

They have some rude people that work here and I have had mail held when it shouldn't have been, mail that was supposed to be held but wasn't, mail miss delivered and lost not to mention they rarely answer the phone, so in my opinion this has to be the worse post office I've dealt with so far that I know of.

I have asked over the years for the postman to stop driving on my grass the entire length of my yard. We have a newer guy who drives a white truck just got him a new one when asked to not drive on the grass! And was told whatever. We have battled this issue and after it raining they peel off causing ruts at the mailbox then complain about it and no one does anything to discipline him. There are multiple people across Woodville and Ivanhoe that have a problem with him and NOTHING is done.
