- ABAmber BradenFeb 23, 20261.0The worst Post Office in Lubbock County. Mail is constantly delivered to the wrong address. Today instead of putting items in the parcel box they crammed it all in the tiny mail box. So I had a great time trying to get the mail and packages out without tearing anything in the wind. Thanks Wolfforth mail people. Y'all are really the worst. 😒

- ADAshley DavisJan 22, 20261.0Ongoing issues with mail delivery after moving to Wolfforth. We were incorrectly required to pay for a PO Box despite having a valid mailbox at our home, then charged again for lock changes. We are now missing packages marked as delivered and regularly receive other residents’ mail instead of our own. Phones are never answered, and in-person visits have not resolved the issue.
- APAdeline PinaJan 15, 20261.0Lavonna said she would call me back due to a misdelivered package but I never heard back. I had to follow up. When I went to the building and told them that my package showed to be delivered she looked nervous and went to the back to speak to Noe. Then they made up some lie about the shipper reusing a shipping label to avoid fees and the label is still attached to another address. So they were "investigating". I believed them and called my shipper who provided proof of the shipping label, which had all the correct information. I called the USPS customer service line and they confirmed that my address was in fact correct and my package was showing to be delivered to another address. I went back to the wolfforth post office to get something from them proving they misdelivered but instead they gave me the persons address they delivered to "breaking protocol" I never went. I tried to file a claim even though it passed the deadline. I blame Noe and his team for lying to me and conspiring together to buy some time. They know the meaning of team work and having each other's backs. I'm out of a $400 package.
