- IFInes FloresJun 30, 20231.0I can never get ahold or anyone on the phone about packages saying they’re being delivered to my PO Box but they are not there. They claimed that they put a package slip in my POBox. The only time I received one it was completely blank. They close early all the time, and you have to yell for someone to come out to the desk.

I was blown away at the customer service I received. The gentleman who helped me (Larry) was so friendly even though I walked in 10 minutes before closing. I don't think I will ever go back to the location I am used to in Tyler :)
