- CRCeleste RomeroAug 12, 20211.0They will return your package if there is no po box number. I get that but in a small town with a tiny bit of people? Mind you the same name on the package is the same name on the po box. You have to identity yourself when you open the po box.ding ding. How could you not match the names? It's bad enough the mail takes forever to get here. Usps is a joke. I had to wait a month to receive my package for it to be just get sent back. The lady was unhelpful and walked away lol . Such a hard job. They sent something back again because I no longer live here I can't just drive to this post office everyday during the hours they are there. Instead of putting it in a parcel box they held it behind the counter for 2 weeks and didn't attempt to check my box to see if there was room to put it in. Now it's saying insufficient address too. So what is it? They use any excuse to not do their job.. They don't even deserve 1 star.Ridiculous.
