    I love this post office sooooo much, the man at the front always is so friendly to me and knows me as the "purple package lady" Because I always use purple mailers when I come in. I trust these people here and super grateful for how quick and friendly they are to deal with. Wimberley post office is so easy and not stressful!

    They marked my Amazon packages as undeliverable when they have a contract with Amazon to deliver the packages and I even have special instructions saying “if the gate is closed just leave the packages at the gate” which is literally easier than a mailbox but nope that’s too difficult and the gate was open and every single other delivery service has zero problem making front door delivery and at my other delivery location in a different county that post office goes way out of their way to deliver the packages and never complains or refuses but wimberley post office loves refuse delivery and not hold packages either which I’m pretty certain they’re obligated to do for 72 hours yet they refuse to deliver my packages yesterday then marked them ready for pick up so I was just about to leave and pick them up and now it says they returned them to sender and I’m sure they got paid for zero effort

    DO NOT TRUST SCHEDULED PICK UPS! The carriers do not scan packages in and usps will not accept responsibility if your package is lost. I am completely out of luck because the mail carrier failed to scan my package at pick up and nobody did at this location.
